Alinto webmail update – New version 4.4

Alinto webmail version 4.4 is now online. Here is a summary of new features:

Access to external accounts. It isn't uncommon to have several email accounts. To avoid having to connect to different sites for check email, Alinto proposes to bring all within the Webmail. Registration of accounts is quick and easy: with preconfigured fields, the import service allows you to set very quickly multiple email accounts. As many as 20 operators are referenced to simplify the registration of new boxes: Alinto of course, but also LaPoste, GMX, Yahoo or Gmail.

Display of email sizes. A click on the column heading to sort messages in ascending or descending order.

Sending faxes and SMS directly from a contact card.

Archiving of faxes and SMS notifications sent and received.

A summary of connection informations is available in Preferences, Mail tab, "Remote access" : SMTP, POP or IMAP are included for easy setup software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail,…)

"New" button has changed. Now, click on the text of "New" button displays the form of the current menu. The list of other possible actions is available by clicking on the arrow.
