Alinto bets on security and archiving with the launch of Alinto Protect

Security :

Alinto Protect helps filter incoming and outgoing messages with an anti-virus and anti-spam treatment. The anti-spam combines 5 technology processes: content analysis via bayesian algorithms, scoring of messages, and management of a white list by the administrator or the transmitter identification through ORDB and RBL databases (filter «Collaborative». Moreover, the continuous updating of data combined with 24/7/365 monitoring system ensures an anti-virus and anti-spam highly useful.

Quarantine :

This feature allows a retention zone for emails qualified as suspicious. Via a Web interface, the user oversees all blocked senders; he can report a message as false negative. A report sent by email to the user summaries the latest messages stopped. Rid of unwanted emails, mail servers are better exploited.

Business Continuity Plan :

It ensures a continuous mail service and protects the user from a server failure or other trouble blocking email access. In case of difficulty, the user has a secure webmail. Alinto Protect webmail integrates the essential functions of a mail client (read, reply, forward …).

Email archiving :

Alinto Protect ensures the saving of incoming and outgoing emails’ flows of the company. It preserves the risk of deleting data (handling error, theft, fire …) and keeps information related to the activity of the enterprise (business letter, accountancy document, legal statement …). It can be applied to all email messages automatically or with selective criteria, to blend with the working methods of the user. Protected in a virtual safe, emails are always available for consultation.
