Alinto announces a first external expansion with ANSM
Alinto, messaging software developer for businesses, has acquired 100% stake of the Parisian society ANSM, operator of Internet services and Hosted Exchange. Alinto acquired ANSM with all its employees and will recruit new staff soon.
Since 10 years, Alinto designs, develops and operates mobile and collaborative solutions of unified messaging, for it's operators and customers. With over 1.5 million accounts in five countries, Alinto has become a European leader in this sector. Its technology, based on Linux, provides an efficient and competitve solution to its users of open and heterogeneous systems.
For its part, ANSM develops and operates since 10 years internet services and has deployed a platform Hosted Microsoft Exchange available in private label. http://www.serveurexchange.fr.
With this acquisition, Alinto will be able to offer its expertise in deployement, in exploitation and in fully managed dedicated server in SaaS or PaaS. The publisher may also offer a unique innovation by enabling a company to mix messaging services on different technologies. For example, a company may offer on the same domain name, POP / IMAP accounts and Exchange accounts. The financial gain is therefore very important because the TCO can vary by a ratio from 1 to 4.
With this acquisition, Alinto's customers can rely on ANSM solid skills in internet service. Vice versa, ANSM's customers will benefit from Alinto's services in unified communications or in secured mail relay server services. Overall, Alinto now has all the fundamentals to respond even more effectively to the needs of SME, large companies or government agencies.
On the organizational level, in addition to the headquarter based in Lyon, the company will now expand its regional network in the region "Ile-de-France". The group thus justify a new agency based in Paris, where the team of ANSM will be gathered.
With a team of 22 employees and a strategic presence in France and abroad, the new group is positioned as a major actor in its sector regarding its size, its offer globality, its turnover, but also regarding its customer numbers. In this context, Alinto benefits from references such as Euronews, La Poste, l'APCE…

Hervé Letoublon, membre of Promelys Participations directory : « This integration within Alinto is a generator of growth that helps expanding the offer as well as the customer base by offering a Microsoft solution preferred by some DSI, and this integration also helps having an establishment in Paris. This merger will offer customers a new offer based high added value services in the sector of professional messaging tools. »
