With the shared calendars, you view and organize your own appointments and those of your colleagues from a single interface. According to the rights granted, you determine who is allowed to read and/or write in your calendar. Note: the "private" events are apparent only by their author.

 

Shared Contacts an Directory
The shared contacts are managed by the administrator who creates and choose the groups visible for the different users. The Webmail also allows the addition of new personal or private contacts.

 

Sharing files and large attachments
For large files, the service "Filor" allows you to share your documents quickly and simply. You can now store and share documents on your webmail space.
You can access your online files via an Internet connexion simply and easily.

 

Instant Messaging and Videoconferencing

Accessible directly from the webmail, this service is also compatible with the most instant messaging softwares (Pidgin, Psi, …) and can be used from an iPhone, a Blackberry or a Windows Mobile. To ensure maximum security, users can only communicate with employees and business partners predefined by the administrators and corporate information are protected because they do not pass on public platforms.
To this service, can be added a videoconferencing option.
