Why a mail relay ?
You have a mail server at home that fits you but you want some additional security services. You want to block viruses, spam and other possible attacks before your company network so you will save bandwidth, machinery resource for spam treatment, viruses and other possible attacks. The relay is a protective barrier between the Internet and your network. It also allows you, in the case of our offer, to provide a BCP (business continuity plan): if your server fails, you can continue to receive and send emails while your server is being repaired.
Archiving email
Alinto Protect is a mail relay offer that allows you to archive incoming and outgoing emails for a certain period to determine from a few days to several years if you want to respond to legal constraints. This offer provides the message integrity guarantee and can be used as evidence. You'll be able to get away from gigantic archive PST without being sure that you can easily find an email.

A relay offer at several levels
Messages will be processed upstream by our servers Alinto Protect to offer four levels of service:

Level 1 : Antivirus + antispam + possible declaration of domains and email addresses in white list or black list.
Level 2 : Content of Level 1 + set up of a quarantine area per user for spam.
Level 3 : Content of Level 2 + set up of a retention area for e-mails enabling a BCP (Business Continuity Plan or DRP).
Level 4 : Content of Level 3 + establishment of an e-mails archiving, legal or selective.
These services will be supervised 24/7/365 by a process of supervision outside the platform Alinto Protect.. A technical support is also available by mail or phone.
