Our goal
For Alinto, training you means delivering you key elements to suit your needs. There is no question to provide you a glossary of technical and barbarians terms or to turn you into a network engineer, but help you being confident with the administration and application in the company.

We see too often users or e-mail administrators disappointed by a too technical content. And after spending an hour or two with them, we know it's not the solution they expected.

 

Accompaniment
We guide you through a process of individualized training that suits the requirements of your infrastructure and your desires. We have a registration number that allows us to provide training.
This process starts when the first phone contact is made and continues throughout our collaboration. Our support is here to accompany you and, if deemed necessary, recommend you an appropriate training.

 

The formation around 3 axes
Listening : training takes place according to your needs with an instructor close to the reality of your product and of your infrastructure, knowing how to respond to your business problems.
Availability : the training takes place on a site, according to dates that suit you.
Experience : the instructor is from the company Alinto and know the product well. His feedback and his fields experiences contribute to the richness of the proposed training.

 

Training content
Alinto will offer training modules that will fit your needs. These training are aimed for two audiences: e-mail administrators to take charge of the management and the administration of the mail domain, and then email users who will know which features and usages.

For administrators:
Training for Back Office (administration module of the messaging), creation of domains and accounts, users management, service activation (calendar, shared contacts, etc..), Statistics, …

For users :
Training to Web-mail, mail management, message creation, file management, customizing messaging, contacts, calendar, …
